2. Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, we will ship it out promptly. Our standard shipping typically takes between 5 to 7 business days for delivery within domestic regions. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with our shipping partners. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

3. Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the base price is Rs.100, which may vary depending on the location and weight of the package.

5. Order Tracking: To track the status of your order, simply use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your delivery, our customer service team is here to assist you.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We offer competitive rates to ensure affordable shipping options for our international customers.
• Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer.
• International shipments get delivered in 8-10 working days after dispatch to all major countries. This timeline may be extended for specific countries or remote pin codes. If you require Expedited shipping, please reach out to us for the same. 
• Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
