• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@desiavatar.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clearly state your order number and reason for the return or exchange in your email.
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Customers are responsible for self-shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued only after the completion of this quality check.
• Customers have 7 days from the date of approval of the return or exchange request to ship the item back to us. No returns or exchange requests will be entertained after this period has passed.
• Upon approval of the return, customers can opt for a refund to the original payment method or receive a store credit note, which is valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue.
• Please note that there may be a slight variation in the color of the product due to screen resolution and camera lights. We do not accept returns or exchanges solely based on color differences.

Please be advised that we do not accept any refund or return requests for international orders (products shipped outside India).
