• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@desiavatar.in or WhatsApp us on +91 8369460612 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clearly state your order number and reason for the return or exchange in your email.
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• In case of a return or exchange, we will arrange a return pickup to make the process hassle-free for you. Once the item is picked up and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your request as per our policy.
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued only after the completion of this quality check.
• Upon approval of the return, customers can opt for a refund to the original payment method or receive a store credit note, which is valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue.
• Please note that there may be a slight variation in the color of the product due to screen resolution and camera lights. We do not accept returns or exchanges solely based on color differences.
